150 mg dry valerian root extract (5,3-6,6:1)
Extractive: Methanol 45% (m/m)
Contains lactose and sucrose (sugar).
Use
If not prescribed otherwise by the doctor, the usual dose is for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
– For the improvement of the well-being during nervous stress:
– Up to 3 times daily 3 coated tablets
– To support sleep: 3 coated tablets half an hour to one hour before bedtime.
