REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

German Drugstore always attempts to ensure we provide our customers with the freshest and best quality goods.

However, if for some reason you wish to return a product purchased from our website, German Drugstore will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product has exceeded the best before date when received by you.
  • The wrong product has been supplied to you.
  • The product is deemed faulty by us.

For all products ordered via our online store that meets any of the above criteria, you have to contact us within 5 days from receipt of the goods. A full refund will be provided once the product has been returned to us.

NB: Please note that in this case, the customer must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty item to help us conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Paypal account, the credit will be refunded to the same Paypal Account.

International Returns

Please use DHL or your public postal service, however we do not recommend using other services like UPS, FEDEX etc as there will be excessive clearance fees which we will have to charge back to you.You must write “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” on the customs form and parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty. You must ALSO tick the RETURNED GOODS box on the customs declaration documents. If this box is not ticked we will recover the costs from you or return the goods to you. Customers are responsible for returning the goods and paying any associated costs – we suggest using registered insured postage, and that customers retain a proof of postage just in case the parcel should fail to be delivered.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event of your goods being lost or damaged in transit, please contact us here within 7 days of placing your order.

Due to the fresh nature of our goods the weather can have an affect on products during shipping. For example, in hot weather, chocolates may melt. Please keep this in mind when you order as weather damage is beyond our control.
