The Doppelherz OMEGA-3 family gel tabs are soft tablets for lemon-flavored chewing. They contain omega-3 fatty acids from highly purified sea fish oils. Due to a new manufacturing technology Doppelherz OMEGA-3 family now offers a high content of the valuable omega-3-fatty acids EPA and DHA in the form of fruity-tasting gel-tabs. This dosage form is very suitable for those who do not want to swallow capsules.

I think omega-3 chewable tablets are a very good idea. Just use it. This is a small soft tablet with a delicious smell. My daughter loves to eat, like chewing gum. My husband also likes to eat. Super product for a healthy family.
