Doppelherz aktiv Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 Kids Gel-Tabs are chewable soft tablets with a delicious strawberry-citrus flavor. They contain essential omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D.

Important representatives of omega-3 fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which cannot be produced in the body without precursors. However, only a few foods contain these valuable fatty acids. Good sources are fatty cold-water fish such as mackerel, herring or sardines. However, eating the right fish several times a week is not possible for everyone. There can be various reasons for this. However, it is often quite simple: “I don’t like fish!” The practical gel tabs with a delicious strawberry-citrus flavor therefore offer a good way to support the supply of omega-3 fatty acids.

In addition to 90 mg EPA and 60 mg DHA, the gel tabs also contain 5 μg vitamin D per daily portion (1 soft tablet) – a real all-rounder in the body: it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system in children and is also needed for healthy growth and bone development in children
