When using Klosterfrau Arnica Intensive Cream, the muscles can be loosened by mobilizing massages, which can support the cream after physical activity and sore muscles. The cream also has a pleasant revitalizing and relaxing effect on the skin.
Klosterfrau Arnica Intensive Cream contains extracts of arnica, rosemary and comfrey. Valuable vegetable fats from shea, avocado and almond also nourish the skin. Apply the cream to the skin several times a day as required and massage in well.
The amount of cream to be used varies depending on the area of skin. We recommend a 1.5 inch long strip of cream for an area of 3 inch x 3 inch, for smaller areas, apply correspondingly less.
When spreading and massaging in Klosterfrau Arnica Cream, a white film initially forms on the skin, which is absorbed into the skin as the cream is massaged in further.
