Apply the cream to the skin several times a day as required and massage in well.
The amount of cream to be used varies depending on the area of skin. We recommend a 1.5 inch long strip of cream for an area of 3 inch x 3 inch, for smaller areas, apply correspondingly less.
When spreading and massaging in Klosterfrau Arnica Cream, a white film initially forms on the skin, which is absorbed into the skin as the cream is massaged in further.
