Refund & Returns Policy
Damaged Products
All orders at German Drugstore are packed carefully for international transport. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged,
please report the damage immediately to the delivery carrier and ask the delivery driver to record the damage before
signing for the parcel.
If you discover damaged products after opening the parcel, please take clear photos of the damaged items, the
packaging, and the shipping label, and email them to
info@german-drugstore.com.
Our customer service team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please send an email to
info@german-drugstore.com
within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- your order number
- your name and contact details
- the product(s) you wish to return
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unopened and unused
- be in its original packaging
- include all original accessories, manuals, and inserts
- be in resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- dietary supplements
- food products
- opened cosmetic or personal care products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning items from outside the European Union, please clearly mark the parcel as
“Returned Goods” on the customs declaration. This helps avoid additional import duties or taxes when
the parcel re-enters Germany.
For higher value shipments, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to circumstances outside our control, such as:
- incorrect or undeliverable address
- no recipient available to accept delivery
- refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
- refusal of the parcel by the customer
- rejection by customs authorities
The original shipping costs and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
If the cost of returning the parcel exceeds the value of the products, the shipment may be abandoned and no refund
will be issued.
