§1 General Information

All orders placed via the website as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by these Terms & Conditions as applicable at the time the order is placed.

German Drugstore is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§2 Contract Formation

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By completing checkout and submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving the order, German Drugstore will send an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer.

A purchase contract becomes effective only once the ordered goods have been dispatched.

German Drugstore reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without providing reasons, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, payment irregularities, compliance concerns, or regulatory restrictions related to international shipping.

§4 Product Presentation

Products are presented using digital product images. Minor deviations between images and the delivered product may occur due to manufacturer updates.

Manufacturers may change ingredients, packaging design, or product composition without prior notice.

In case of discrepancies, the product label and packaging received by the customer shall prevail.

§6 Shipping & Dispatch

German Drugstore uses third-party logistics providers including but not limited to FedEx, DHL, Deutsche Post, and local national postal services.

Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

§7 International Shipping

§9 Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and government charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Failure to pay such charges may result in the shipment being held, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the authorities or the carrier.

§10 Customs Refusal / Import Restrictions

If customs authorities refuse entry of a shipment due to import restrictions, regulatory requirements, prohibited ingredients, product classification, or local health regulations, German Drugstore cannot be held responsible for such decisions.

If a shipment is returned to German Drugstore in resalable condition, the customer may receive a refund of the product value minus all shipping, return shipping, customs handling, and administrative costs.

§11 Customs Seizure / Destruction

If a shipment is seized, confiscated, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities or other governmental agencies, German Drugstore cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Once a shipment has been exported and handed over to the carrier, the import process falls under the jurisdiction of the destination country.

§12 FDA / Health Product Import Disclaimer (United States)

Certain products offered by German Drugstore, including dietary supplements, herbal products, vitamins, and personal care items, may be subject to inspection and regulation by United States authorities such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Customers located in the United States are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all applicable U.S. import regulations before placing an order. Import regulations may vary depending on product classification, ingredients, labeling requirements, and intended use.

German Drugstore does not guarantee that any product sold on this website is approved for import into the United States. Customs authorities or the FDA may inspect shipments and may take actions including, but not limited to:

• detaining the shipment for regulatory review
• requesting additional documentation
• refusing entry of the shipment
• returning the shipment to the sender
• seizing or destroying the shipment

These actions are carried out solely by U.S. regulatory authorities and are outside the control of German Drugstore.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed by U.S. authorities due to regulatory or import compliance issues, German Drugstore cannot be held responsible for such decisions.

If a shipment is returned to German Drugstore in resalable condition, a refund of the product value may be issued minus shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs handling fees, and administrative costs.

Customers acknowledge that by placing an order for shipment to the United States they act as the importer of record and accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable U.S. import laws and regulations.
