I’ve had severe problems with water retention in my legs for a while. Lymphatic drainage has given me a relatively good grip on this. However, after long hikes or in the heat, the symptoms often reappear. On these days I use the vein balm and immediately notice a clear relief. For people who tend to have thick legs now and then, the balm is highly recommended.
