Balea 2-Phase Eye Makeup Remover is specially formulated to gently and effectively remove eye makeup, including waterproof mascara and long-lasting products. The oil-containing two-phase formula cleanses the delicate eye area without leaving an oily film.
With Panthenol & Vitamin E
Panthenol provides conditioning care for the delicate eye area and eyelashes, while vitamin E complements the formula with antioxidant properties. Sunflower oil helps dissolve stubborn and waterproof makeup while leaving the skin feeling comfortable.

The pH skin-neutral formula is free from fragrance and ethanol. Its skin compatibility has been dermatologically and ophthalmologically confirmed, and the eye makeup remover is also suitable for contact lens wearers.
