Doppelherz Eisen-Femin Direct Iron Granules combine 14 mg of iron with vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 in convenient, wild berry-flavored micro-granules. Designed for daily nutritional supplementation, the formula supports normal red blood cell formation, energy metabolism and immune function.
Each sachet provides 100% of the EU Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) for iron, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, plus 150% NRV for folic acid.
Iron Absorption and Energy Metabolism
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Folate supports normal blood formation, and vitamin C contributes to normal immune function.
The convenient DIRECT granules dissolve on the tongue and can be taken without water. The formula is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free, making it suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
