A daily serving of two Gel-Tabs provides 540 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 276 mg EPA and 180 mg DHA. DHA is an important component of the brain and contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
Easy-to-Chew Daily Supplement
Children aged 4–5 years chew one Gel-Tab daily, while children from 6 years, teenagers and adults chew two Gel-Tabs daily. I think omega-3 chewable tablets are a very good idea. Just use it. This is a small soft tablet with a delicious smell. My daughter loves to eat, like chewing gum. My husband also likes to eat. Super product for a healthy family.
