Doppelherz aktiv Silica + Biotin + Zinc is a dietary supplement formulated to support healthy skin, hair, nails, and connective tissue. The combination of 800 mg purified silica (Kieselerde), biotin, zinc, copper, magnesium, and calcium provides essential nutrients that contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails, as well as the preservation of connective tissue.

Biotin (300 µg per daily dose): Contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails.
Zinc (5 mg per daily dose): Supports the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails, and contributes to normal immune function.
Copper (0.3 mg per daily dose): Contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue and normal hair pigmentation.
Magnesium (60 mg per daily dose): Supports normal muscle function and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening with sufficient liquid during or after meals. The tablets can be split if necessary.
