I have used this for 4 months and I want to say that these pills helping with my hair not falling out as much but I am using it with another product together. My hair is doing much better and my fingernails are growing like weeds and they were a little brittle after menopause. I will implement these as part of my daily routine. Do not expect fast results but there are results.
