Mivolis Melatonin Drink Granules with plant-based melatonin from Montmorency cherries contain a combination of various plant substances, the amino acid L-tryptophan, and magnesium.
Just 1 mg of melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Magnesium also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Melatonin, also known as the “sleep hormone,” is a substance produced naturally by the body, mainly at night, and released into the bloodstream. Daylight, on the other hand, inhibits the production of melatonin. This rhythm can be disrupted by various influences and inhibit the falling asleep phase.
Magnesium salts of citric acid, maltodextrin, acidifier: citric acid; Montmorency cherry extract (8.7%), L-tryptophan (3.6%), acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; colorant: betanin (beetroot red); ashwagandha root extract (Withamnia somnifera) (2.3%), natural flavoring, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin.

Stir 1 stick into approx. 150–200 ml of cold/warm (not boiling) water once a day, stir well and drink shortly before going to bed. The positive effect occurs when consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
