Melatonin is an endogenous hormone that controls the body’s sleep rhythm. Therefore, it is also called “sleep hormone”.
Naturally, melatonin ensures that you get tired in the evening. However, the rhythm can be disturbed by various influences such as jet lag, stress or shift work and cause problems falling asleep and insomnia.
Mivolis Melatonin Spray contains 1 mg of melatonin per two sprays. Taking 2 sprays per day helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Just one spray per day can help relieve the subjective sensation of jet lag.
Mivolis Melatonin Spray contains melatonin as well as lemon balm extract.
With the help of the spray mechanism, the product can be dosed individually and is easy to use.

Before going to bed, give 2 sprays directly into the mouth. In case of jet lag: After arriving in the other time zone from the 1st to the 5th day, give 1-2 sprays directly into the mouth just before going to bed. Please follow the consumption recommendation to get the positive effect. Shake well before each use. Pump 3 times before first use to ensure the liquid enters the spray head.
