Targeted Care for Individual Blemishes
Balea Hydrocolloid Pimple Patches cover individual blemishes and absorb fluid from the affected area. The hydrocolloid material forms a protective barrier against external influences, helping you care for spots without repeatedly touching them.
With Salicylic Acid, CICA and Zinc PCA
The patches combine salicylic acid, Centella asiatica extract and zinc PCA with squalane. Their absorbent hydrocolloid base supports targeted blemish care while keeping the application focused on the area that needs attention.
Simple Spot Care for Your Evening Routine
Designed for approximately six hours of wear, these patches fit conveniently into an evening skincare routine. The vegan, fragrance-free formula contains no ethyl alcohol. Each pack includes 24 patches for individual application.

- CICA / Centella Asiatica soothes stressed skin, supports its natural regeneration, and helps strengthen the skin barrier for a calmer, more resilient appearance.
- Salicylic Acid (BHA) penetrates deep into the pores to dissolve excess oil and dead skin cells, helping to prevent breakouts and smooth skin texture.
- Squalane helps replenish the skin’s natural lipids, supports the moisture barrier, and leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth.
- Zinc PCA helps regulate sebum production, clear excess oil, and reduce acne-causing bacteria while keeping the skin hydrated.
Cellulose Gum, Glyceryl Rosinate, Squalane, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract, Salicylic Acid, Zinc PCA, Chondrus Crispus, Maltodextrin, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-t-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate.
Thoroughly cleanse and dry the skin. With clean, dry hands, carefully peel a patch from the backing film. Apply directly to the blemish and press gently into place. Carefully remove after approximately six hours.
For external use only. Do not apply around the mouth or eyes, to sunburned, damaged or irritated skin, or if you are sensitive to adhesive patches. Do not use more than five patches at the same time. Not suitable for children. Store unused patches in the closed packaging in a dry, dark place.
