Doppelherz Iron + Vitamin C – Iron Support with Folic Acid and B12
Doppelherz Iron + Vitamin C combines 14 mg iron with 100 mg vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B12 and L-histidine in one easy-to-swallow mini-tablet.
Iron contributes to normal red blood cell formation and oxygen transport in the body, while vitamin C increases iron absorption.
14 mg Iron for Red Blood Cell Formation
Each mini-tablet provides 14 mg iron, equivalent to 100% of the EU Nutrient Reference Value.
Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C Increases Iron Absorption
Each tablet contains 100 mg vitamin C, which increases iron absorption.
Vitamin C also contributes to normal immune system function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Folic Acid and Vitamin B12
Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation and has a role in cell division.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
With L-Histidine
Each mini-tablet additionally contains 30 mg L-histidine, an amino acid naturally found in dietary proteins.
