Doppelherz Silica + Biotin + Zinc combines 800 mg silica per daily serving with selected vitamins and minerals. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, while zinc supports the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails.
With Silicon, Zinc, Biotin & Copper
The daily serving provides 228 mg silicon, 300 µg biotin, 5 mg zinc and 0.3 mg copper. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue and normal hair pigmentation, complementing the formula’s nutritional support for hair, skin and nails.
Additional Calcium & Magnesium
The formula also provides 240 mg calcium and 60 mg magnesium per daily serving. Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and sufficient liquid. The capsules are gluten-free and lactose-free.
