Supports Energy, Immunity & Everyday Nutrition
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins C and D, zinc and selenium support normal immune system function, while vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Take 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid, preferably after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not suitable for children or adolescents under 18 years of age. The product contains vitamin A; pregnant women should consult their healthcare professional before use. People taking anticoagulant medication should seek medical advice before using vitamin K-containing supplements. Men, postmenopausal women and pregnant women should take iron only after consulting a healthcare professional.
