Each capsule provides 25 mg lutein and 1.25 mg zeaxanthin from marigold flower extract, together with bilberry extract. These plant-derived ingredients are combined with vitamin A, vitamin B2, zinc, and antioxidant nutrients. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula is vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free.
