Mivolis Magnesium 400 + Potassium Direct Sticks provide 400 mg magnesium and 400 mg potassium per daily serving. The peach-flavored granules come in convenient single-serving sticks and can be taken directly without water.

Take two sticks daily, distributed throughout the day. Pour the contents of one stick directly onto the tongue in portions, allow to dissolve slowly and swallow. No water is required.
