Mivolis Magnesium 500 + B Vitamins combines high-dose magnesium with seven B vitamins in a convenient once-daily tablet. Each daily serving provides 500 mg magnesium plus vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin and folic acid.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid also contributes to normal mental performance.

The special two-phase depot tablet is designed to provide immediate and extended nutrient release over several hours. Take one tablet daily with plenty of liquid.
