Doppelherz Magnesium 600 Day & Night provides 600 mg of magnesium per tablet to support normal muscle function, nervous system function, and electrolyte balance. Magnesium also contributes to normal energy metabolism and the maintenance of normal bones. This high-dose supplement is designed for adults who want to supplement their magnesium intake.
2-Phase Depot Technology for Gradual Release
The special 2-phase depot formula combines two nutrient-release phases:
- Immediate-release phase: 240 mg magnesium is released more quickly.
- Depot phase: 360 mg magnesium is released gradually over several hours.
This dual-release technology combines an initial nutrient release with extended release from the depot phase. The formula is vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free.
Flexible Daily Dosage – Morning or Evening
Adults should take half to one tablet daily with a meal and sufficient water, without chewing. The recommended amount depends on individual magnesium intake and requirements. One-half tablet provides 300 mg magnesium, while one full tablet provides 600 mg. The tablets can be taken in the morning or evening.
Important: This is a high-dose magnesium supplement. Large amounts of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. Not suitable for children, teenagers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with impaired kidney function.

Magnesium Oxide, Filler (Dicalcium Phosphate), Filler (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Filler (Isomalt), Filler (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Modified Starch, Filler (Polyvinylpyrrolidone), Colors (Iron Oxides and Iron Hydroxides), Anti-Caking Agents (Fatty Acids, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Coating Agent (Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Cross-Linked Carboxymethylcellulose, Talc, Silicon Dioxide), Coconut Oil.
Take ½–1 tablet once daily in the morning or evening with a meal and sufficient liquid (e.g., ½ glass of water) without chewing. If you have an increased magnesium requirement, e.g., due to increased physical exertion in combination with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If you only have an insufficient magnesium supply, take ½ tablet.
This is a high-dose product. Large amounts of magnesium can have a laxative effect. If this is the case for you, you should stop taking it.
