Depot phase – Long-term supply
The second phase gradually releases 360 mg of magnesium over several hours.

Take ½–1 tablet once daily in the morning or evening with a meal and sufficient liquid (e.g., ½ glass of water) without chewing. If you only have an insufficient magnesium supply, take ½ tablet.

This is a high-dose product. Large amounts of magnesium can have a laxative effect. If this is the case for you, you should stop taking it.
