Doppelherz Melatonin Spray provides 1 mg melatonin in two convenient sprays, with a refreshing mint flavor. The oral spray is easy to use without water and offers a practical alternative to tablets or capsules.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg melatonin shortly before bedtime.
1 mg Melatonin per Daily Serving
Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body and involved in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Its production normally increases in darkness.
Each spray delivers 0.5 mg melatonin, while the recommended serving of two sprays provides 1 mg melatonin.
Convenient Mint-Flavored Oral Spray
The liquid formula can be sprayed directly onto the tongue and swallowed without water.
Doppelherz Melatonin Spray is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. Each bottle contains 30 ml.
Recommended Use
Shake well before use. Spray 2 sprays directly onto the tongue shortly before bedtime and swallow.
Use only for short periods of up to 3 weeks, as recommended by the manufacturer.

Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with liver, kidney or autoimmune diseases.
If you take medication, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using melatonin.
Avoid alcohol when taking melatonin, as alcohol may reduce its effect on sleep.
Contains soy lecithin and 1% ethanol. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
